CHERYL HAN
Cheryl Han is Director at Hunter and Match focusing on partnerships and collaborations. Cheryl is often engaged as a speaker on topics relating to women in leadership, entrepreneurship and health/beauty/wellness. Her keen interest in wellness also led her to create On Well, Being, a wellness platform and podcast exploring topics around Lifestyle Medicine. Cheryl also co-founded the first dedicated postpartum and women’s wellness center in Singapore.
Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Linguistics from the National University of Singapore and had a successful corporate career in senior management and board member positions. During her corporate career, she also launched a women’s network within the company to encourage women in leadership, which was rolled out in Bangladesh, India, Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Nepal and Singapore.
Cheryl also served as Board Director of Children’s Wishing Well, a non-profit organisation and registered charity in Singapore to help with low-income children and families.
MICHELLE TNG
With over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, Michelle Tng brings both strategic depth and creative energy to her role as Brand Strategy Director at Hunter and Match. A visual thinker and dynamic creative, she excels at bridging the gap between big-picture storytelling and detail-driven execution.
Her career has spanned a diverse range of industries—from bespoke travel and experiences to non-profits—giving her a unique lens on what makes a brand resonate. She’s also the co-founder of the Singapore Film Festival in Melbourne, a platform created to spotlight Singaporean-made feature films on an international stage.
At Hunter and Match, she manages the internal rhythm of the agency while also leading key client accounts—keeping operations smooth, ideas sharp, and strategies focused. Equal parts grounded and imaginative, Michelle is the kind of brand thinker who brings clarity, momentum, and meaning to every project she touches.
ALICIA C KIRWAN
Alicia C Kirwan is the Creative Director at Hunter and Match focusing on creative strategy, digital content direction and partnerships.
A multidisciplinary creative and strategic visual thinker, with expertise in education, food styling, and fibre art, she is known for crafting meaningful narratives that bridge design, emotion, and human experience.
With her career as a Creative Director, she is also creatively known for her evocative fibre art and visual storytelling. As founder of Beeyarnd, where she makes art using yarn as her primary medium and goes beyond walls to sensory installations for windows display in luxury brands boutiques.
Alicia graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Communications and New Media. Her academic foundation gave her a deep appreciation for media, design thinking, and audience engagement—skills she would carry into every stage of her creative career.
PHILLANE CHENG
Phillane is the Creative and Events Director at Hunter and Match. She’s a brand storyteller and spatial designer who creates experiences that people remember.
With over 12 years of fine arts training, Phillane developed a deep sensibility to various creative mediums. which she later honed at LASALLE College of the Arts, earning a Bachelor in Visual Communication and a Diploma in Graphic Design. Her diverse background also includes studies in photography, art history, and a personal passion for painting in mixed media.
Combining her background in branding, fine art, and events, Phillane also founded Med Kärlek Inc., a wedding styling studio that designs spaces reflecting the heart and personality of each couple she works with.
In addition to her professional work, Phillane is the founder of The Blue Ribbon, a non-profit initiative that supports individuals with special needs through art exhibitions. As a former special needs educator, she created visual aids to help children with learning differences and taught art to students of all ages and abilities. She remains a strong advocate for inclusive education and creative expression.
At the core of her work is a clear purpose, to bring structure to ideas, make stories tangible, and design with meaning and intention.
CHARITY TNG
Charity is Project Management Team Lead at Hunter and Match. She began her career in the partnerships and sponsorships sector within non-profit organizations, where she honed her skills in communication and collaboration. Over time, she discovered a passion for user experience projects, seamlessly blending her background in communications and design towards creating meaningful, user-centered solutions - founding her own agency in 2021.
Charity graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communications and Integrated Media, following 7 years' of experience working in the communications and events industry, and volunteering for various non-profit organisations in Singapore.
MEGAN ENG
Megan is an Account Manager at Hunter & Match. A passionate marketing enthusiast driven by curiosity and creativity, her love for the industry runs deep—from digital advertising to content creation. She thrives on spotting emerging trends, embracing new challenges, and bringing fresh perspectives to every project.
With expertise spanning marketing, advertising, and public relations across diverse industries, Megan has cultivated a versatile skill set that allows her to navigate complex brand landscapes with ease. She rides the digital wave with enthusiasm, constantly seeking innovative approaches and meaningful connections.
Megan graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communications and Integrated Media, providing her with a solid foundation in contemporary marketing practices and digital storytelling. At her core, Megan believes in creating meaningful experiences that bring people together.
NG QI HUI
Qi Hui took her gap year too seriously so now her passion is her full-time job. She is a photographer and videographer with a Diploma in Fine Arts. She specialises in e-commerce, wedding and family photography.
BENEDICT WONG
Benedict Wong is the Head of Copy at Hunter & Match. He spent his formative years in London at the London College of Communication majoring in Advertising with a Master's in Branding.
Coming back to Singapore to work on rebranding some of the most iconic institutions before jumping into the weird and wonderful of UI/UX. Specialises in writing for social media, guidelines and anything else that requires the written word. ​
